Sorry all of the posts have been about food lately.  But here's the red velvet cake that I ordered for our Thursday night dinner.  (There was some talk of making it a red themed dinner for Valentine's Day and I took it very seriously.)  Incidentally, it's both Lincoln and Darwin's 200th birthdays today.  So I wanted to celebrate.
